Unable to connect FB pixel from wordpress

    I have had the pixel active before. I am now moving it to a new business manager on Facebook. Facebook has advised that this error is due to WordPress. Basically when following the prompts, and wanting to select the business page to sync the pixel (from WordPress) it says that the business page is not eligible. However, I have had it linked before.
