unable to connect with google doc wordpress addon

    Hi, i was trying to add my wordpress site to wordpress google doc plugin, but when i am in the wordpress integration stage, i see this error ‘That site does not seem to be accessible or no longer has the Jetpack plugin installed.’

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hello there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If the site is inaccessible you would need to speak to the hosting provider to make sure everything is as it should be.
