unable to connect with my sites.

I have drugsboozewoes.com and dna-film.studio
I have access to http://www.drugsboozewoes.com but I can not access http://www.dna-film.studio
Name registration is with wordpress, but hosting is with siteground.com.
Dna-film.studio is my business site which I get the message (You can’t get there from here (site_id mismatch error) I was charged for hosting on wordpress that I did not use, and continue to pay. please advise. -
The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
