Unable to contact wordpress

I’m on this forum because this is the first time I’ve ever seen a business without a phone number or email address where I can speak to a representative. I don’t know why you’re hiding your contact information. I signed up with you through HostGator. You automatically charged me without my approval and I cannot cancel my subscription because there is no way to get in touch with you. This is very unjust and you are stealing my money.

You are correct in that we do not offer phone support. All of the support for WordPress.com comes through online channels. To access our support team you’ll use https://wordpress.com/help/contact/
I want to mention that there are 2 versions of WordPress. What we do here, at WordPress.com is a managed environment with dedicated support team. That’s different from running your own, open source, WordPress installation (known as WordPress.org). It’s important to know which version you are using so you know where to go to find help.
