Unable to create directory when trying to upload a media file

When I am uploading a media file, I get this message: ‘Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2018/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?’ I just uploaded on 9/21/18. Our website is at filmfest.lisd.net
