Unable to create gravatar or wordpress account with email from a specific domain

    Tried setting up a gravatar for (email visible only to moderators and staff). Got a message “Sorry, something went wrong when trying to create your account. Please try again.” Tried on different browsers same problem. Tried with different email on same domain got same message.

    Tried setting up wordpress.com account and got a slightly more useful message saying the domain blocks some of wordpress emails. If it did in the past I don’t know but I have owned the domain for nearly 12 months and haven’t done anything with email.

    How do I create a gravatar for someone on this domain.

    Obviously had to use a completely different email to post this query
