Unable to create new article

    sorry, excuze me, I edited a webpage tonight and posted it (I wanted to try reading comics and inserted the comics into the webpage using a URL). After that, it showed that I couldn’t edit the webpage anymore. I’m not sure why, could you please help me?Did I violate the rules.I am a little confuzed,thank you very much.
