Unable To Customize Astra Theme On My Website

  i am unable to customize my website but if i change my theme to any other theme the customize option works for that one , currently i am using the astra theme
  when i tries to customize it its says

  This site can’t be reachedThe webpage at https://bronriccomputers.com/wp-admin/customize.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fbronriccomputers.com%2F might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
  ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

  I tried deactivating’s all the plugins temporarily but this doesn’t work
