Unable to customize site

Hello! I am having some issues customizing my webpage. I am able to log into the back office of wordpress.com and get the the behind the scenes part, but when I go to click on personalize to change the site, it requires me to log in again and then says that my password is incorrect. I tried to change my password, but then it says it says that the email does not exist in their account. How can I fix this so I am aloud access to all parts?

Your site vanessawardell.com is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Bluehost.
