Unable to delete blog. 'Tools -> Delete Blog' option is missing

  Hi,

  I am unable to delete my blog noonoon.wordpress.org. I read your tutorial on how to delete blogs, but somehow the ‘Tools -> Delete Blog’ option is unavailable on this blog. I can see the option on my other newer blog, but just not on this one. So I am sure I have been looking at the right place.

  Can someone help please?

  You need to be logged in as an Admin and the blog owner to delete a blog – log out and log in with the account you created the blog with

  Thanks for replying!

  This blog is very old, which I had created with a friend years ago. I can’t remember if I were an admin or not.

  On my account, under ‘My Blogs’, the blog is listed there. If I am not the admin, why is it there? And if it is only ‘shared’ with me, is there anyway I can ‘unshare’ it, so it does not appear under my blog list?

  You were invited into the blog as some sort (Editor etc) –

  Try: Dashboard >> My Blogs >> mouse over the blog name and there should be a “Leave Blog” option – click on it and you should be gone from the blog – that should remove it from your account
