unable to disconnect from websites
-
in my dashboard, i am unable to disconnect from any websites or delete them – i do not have any of the options to do so. please help!
-
-
self-hosted
there’s no way to disconnect – the sites are gone so there’s no way to disconnect from the host
-
Hi,
Have you tried following these instructions:
https://wordpress.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/
That should let you disconnect those sites.
-
again, these options are not available to me even though i am the owner of these sites.
They are not hosted by wordpress – they are self-hosted websites that no longer exist. But they are sites that are linked to my account.
There is no way to get to the connection settings within wordpress or remove the connection because they are not wordpress hosted sites – they are LINKED
-
Hi there,
What are the addresses of those sites so I can try and disconnect them for you?
-
thank you very much!
These are self-hosted sites that need to be unlinked from my account. They are either deleted or now owned by someone else
