  Hello! I am taking a class on how to build a website and WordPress has been very helpful. But for some reason I have been locked out of my admin/editing abilities for my paid URL. I can’t figure out where I went wrong and how to get back in. I can see my page as a viewer, but I have tried to get in to the editing through my page and through the wordpress site and I can’t. Any suggestions?

  What is the address of the page you’re trying to access? I assume it’s not http://salemroseanderson.wordpress.com/, because if you can log into your account to post in this forum, you also have access to all WordPress.com sites that belong to this account.

  If you’re speaking of your Jetpack-connected site at https://www.prfromdummies.com/, we have no control over the admin login for that site. If you’ve lost access to your admin account for the site, please see https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  For more help in that case, please post in https://wordpress.org/support/forums or contact your hosting provider instead.
