    Hello,

    We have Quick Start Support Sessions which give you a way to talk to one of our Happiness Engineers via a screen share with audio. Customers with the eCommerce plan have two complimentary 30-minute sessions. For customers in all other plans, you can purchase this session.     However, note that this does not include support for sites that are not hosted by us. The site you mentioned, humannaturecosmetics.com, is a self-hosted WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost. We only provide support for WordPress.com sites on this forum. And the Quick Start Support Session is valid for WordPress.com sites only.
