Unable to export site content

  I chose to export all my site content but failed. I retried couple times and also restarted my computer but still didn’t work. please help.

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Hi there,

  Can you tell us more about why you are exporting? You are moving a copy of what you have to another hosting provider or platform, yes?

  Please note that exporting a site is not the same as downloading a backup, so the export file will not contain all site data (such as images or uploaded media) in it. If you wish to download media that is done in a second step here: https://wordpress.com/support/export/#exporting-the-media-library
