  I need help to access the backup of the website content from the wordpress database.

  Hi! That site isn’t hosted with us. Here’s the difference between the free WordPress software and our managed hosting services:

  Your host can likely help you find a backup though, or you can check your own system to see if you’ve downloaded one. If you’re using a service like Jetpack’s backups, you can contact them, too.
