Unable to find site/plan owner. How to transfer to my account?

    I am trying to delete my site but it says I have premium upgrades I need to cancel first. When I go to see my premium upgrades so I can cancel it says I’m not the plan owner so I can’t make those changes. How do I find out who is the plan owner?

    Hi there,

    First, it appears this site is owned by the user, martydundics. Your account is an admin on the site, but not the owner.

    Second, the site has a custom domain, everyblockblog.com, which belongs to the username, neilmcginness. It looks like you removed that user from the site two days ago, but removing a user from a site does not disconnect or cancel any upgrades that they have bought for the site.

    Only the owner of a domain has the ability to cancel it, so you’ll need to contact neilmcginness and ask them to do that before you’ll be able to delete the site. You’ll first need to add them back as an admin on the site as well, otherwise they won’t be able to cancel the domain.
