Unable to find three WordPress sites

    I have three WordPress sites hosted through WordPress: australianaviationclub.org; landmarkbarton.org; and raafsca.org

    I have downloaded the latest version of the WordPress mobile app through WordPress.org

    However, none of my three websites show up. (I can find and modify all three sites on my desktop, but need to be able to update them on the move)

    Hi Ian,

    landmarkbarton.org, australianaviationclub.org and raafsca.org are all owned by a different WordPress.com account. You will need to login to the app as raafsca to manage those sites. Are you logged in as raafsca or raafsca161217?

    Hi Gemma, I am looked onto WordPress as (email visible only to moderators and staff). This works on my Mac, but not on my iPad which says I have no websites.

    Ok, that’s good to know. Which username is listed as the top of the “Me” section of the app on your iPad?

    Hi there,

    If the username is raafsca161217, then you’re logged into the wrong account. This account does not own any sites.

    The sites you’re trying to access belongs to the username, raafsca, which is a completely different account. Log out of the app, and then log back in as raafsca to access those sites in the app.

    Hi Kok,

    The fact is I am logged on via my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email address on my Mac and that works fine, giving me access to all three websites. I used to have similar access on my iPad.

    I’ve done nothing different but now I don’t have access to any of the three websites – presumably since an update occurred. The log on is my gmail email account. As I say, it works fine on my Mac, but what I want it to do is also work the same way on my iPad.

    Please check back through this thread. Your most recent reply is via a different username than all your other replies in the thread thus far, meaning you are now logged into a different account.

    You confirmed yourself that you’re seeing the other username in the iPad app in your previous reply above, meaning you’re still logged into the other account there.

    Thanks Kok,

    I log on via (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the user name ‘raafsca161217’ appears on my ipad. On my Mac, (which works fine with all three websites), ‘raafsca’ appears as the user name. So somehowm when I log on via my iPad, using exactly the same email address and password as I use on my Mac, I come up as a different user with associated problems. How can I get rid of the ‘raafsca161217’ identity?
