Unable to get widget video downloaded

    Hi I am editing my website and need to update a video. It says that it needs videos that are either supported by youtube or vimeo and my video is supported by vimeo. The link is https://vimeo.com/258343712 and when I enter it into the link for ‘replace video’ the message: ‘Sorry, we can’t load the video at the supplied URL. Please check that the URL is for a supported video file (.mp4, .m4v, .webm, .ogv, .flv) or stream (e.g. YouTube and Vimeo)’ comes up. Please let me know what I can do to change this!

    Hi glaccorporatechallenge,

    There is currently a YouTube video in the “2018 CORPORATE CHALLENGE PROMO VIDEO” widget (front page three). Is this where you are having trouble adding the Vimeo video? Or are you trying to add it to another area of the site?

    Just let me know and I can take a closer look.
