  sir, when i clicked on plugin and search seo plugin, wants to install seo plugin .there is message display for upgrad plugin.i am unable to install seo plugin.

  You can’t install plugins on a free wordpress.com site unless you upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/.
  However wordpress.com is already very SEO-friendly, https://wordpress.com/support/seo/
