Unable to launch site

  Hi,
  I’ve selected that I want a free site, but every time I click it, it brings me to options to upgrade and pay. I don’t want to upgrade and pay, and I’ve already verified my email. Why is it not letting me select the free option to launch?

  You must have ended up with an upgrade in your cart somehow. You should be able to get rid of that by going to https://wordpress.com/checkout/lilameeramusic.wordpress.com and then:

  – Click “edit”
  – Click trash can icon
  – Confirm the deletion on the pop up

  Let us know if you have trouble.

  I checked my cart and there are no upgrades showing there. Is there anything else I could do?

  Based on your description we’re not sure exactly what stage of the site setup process you are on. Is it the “Select your Plan” page?

  If so you should see the free option here:
