Unable to load website or back and editor

  Hi,

  We’re having several issues loading the website or the back end editor to update the website. We reached out to our systems provider and they checked our network and said the below
  ‘It’s also appears that the webserver hosting this site dosn’t responde to pings even when connecting directly from my laptop (I can open the website fine) so it’s possibly the webserver blocking access from your sites IP. Since the links you sent are from the admin panel you should be able to see what’s been blocked when you log in.

  This is an urgent issue. Can you please assist?
