Unable to log in

Hi,
I am trying to log in to my word-press to edit my website (www.brickhousebelles.com / Amberly London) , I recently changed my password but keep being told that my login attempt failed. I tried to reset the password twice, but have not received the reset email.
It appears that I might have two word-press accounts linked to my email. 1. this one that I am contacting you from – brickhousebells.wordpress.com which is a very old site that is no longer in use. 2. My new website Amberly London (URL: http://www.brickhousebelles.com).
I would like to:
1. be able to log in to my new WordPress account to edit Amberly London (www.brickhousebelles.com)
2. delete the old WordPress account that is no longer in use (brickhousebells.wordpress.com)Thanks
sterling

It seems that there is no way to contact WordPress directly to sort my issue out, so please email me with a response

Hi there!
Let me clarify this. There is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
You can find more details about WordPress.com and WordPress.org on this support page:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/.
That said, on your account, there’s only brickhousebells.wordpress.com, and you can delete it as explained here:
https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/.
To log into your new site, you will have to go to brickhousebelles.com/wp-admin and type in your credentials there.
If you’d like to connect that site to your WordPress.com account, you would need to install a plugin called Jetpack:If you need help with your new site, you can either contact your host or post to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
