Unable to log in randomly

The log in screen would randomly shows an error saying ‘User does not exist. Would you like to create a new account?’ with my account: (email visible only to moderators and staff). I tried clearing the browser cache/cookies (for all time) but that doesn’t seem to fix the issue. I would use the same login on my phone, another device or another browser, and it would work again until it doesn’t.
Please send your responses to (email visible only to moderators and staff) by email as I am not sure when WordPress.com will stop recognizing my account again…… sigh……. Thank you!!!!

I checked your account associated with that email address and found nothing wrong. So, I think there’s something wrong on your end. I suggest trying to log in using a different browser.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I have tried using Chrome, Edge and Opera, this issue (User does not exist) happens I’d say about 85% of time. That said, it sometimes work, sometimes doesn’t work.
I have also tried in private mode, incognito mode, a different computer, on a different network (work and home), same resolve, and I can’t figure out why it’s doing that. If there is any information I can provide for troubleshooting, please let me know.
Also, could you please email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) just in case I can’t log in to this account anymore? (took me at least 5 tries to log in, I just keep trying and switching between different browsers and it eventually worked, but no guarantee if I can log in again later……)

Hi there!
What happens if you try entering the email address in all lower caps? Like this: (email visible only to moderators and staff). It shouldn’t be an issue, but that’s the only thing I see from your screenshot. Could you also try entering the username @handsworthjams when logging in to see if you still get the error message?
