Unable to log in – This account hasn't been activated yet

  Whenever i try to log i i get the following message

  ‘This account hasn’t been activated yet — check your email for a message from WordPress.com and click the activation link. You’ll be able to log in after that.’

  Ive resent the verification email 20 times and get nothing, nothing in spam. its not there

  ive tried this and it doesnt work

  ive spent £400 on plugins and plans and i cant even log in

  is it a bug?

  Please note i am using a separate account that i just made with my spare email address. I would just start again but i have spent alot of money on the original worpress account and cant log in

  Since you’re posting from a different account, we have no way of looking up which account you’re referring to. However, if you paid for subscriptions on your WordPress.com account, you can use a transaction ID for any of the payments made to WordPress.com to recover access to your account.

  Please locate the transaction ID for payments to WordPress.com (either in your email receipt or on your credit card statement) and send that to us via the account recovery form (don’t post it here on the forum). We’ll then get back to you via email to help you log in.
