  What site and what update are you speaking of? This account does not own any sites on WordPress.com, and WordPress.com updates happen automatically and invisibly, with no indication to you at all that the software for your site is being updated.

  So if you did a software update yourself, you’re not using WordPress.com but the open source WordPress.org software. You can find support for that version of WordPress here:
