Unable to log into wordpress

Hi, we have disabled all plugins but are still unable to log into the admin page. We have tried resolving in all ways possible via our hosting provider but to no avail. When er log in, we are just redirected back to log in page without actually being able to log in. No error messages, nothing. Please help with this, we have been facing this issue since 22 APr and have done all troubleshooting including restoring backups of website to the date it was working perfectly fine. We have also disabled all plugins. How can we gain access??
