Unable To Log Into WordPress Site

  Hello There,

  I’m unable to log into my website through Admin or through FTP and would love your support.

  I have also tried logging in through incognito and have deleted all of my cookies and cache and still have no luck.

  I added Captcha onto my website which has caused more problems than resolving any – I am unable to submit a question though the contact form on my page.

  I am now trying to log into my website and cannot do so despite entering the correct username and password.

  As I feel that Captcha was the issue – I deleted the key’s through the Google Captcha Console where the following message now shows up in the corner:

  ‘ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key’

  If it helps – When inspecting the site, i get the following message:

  Uncaught (in promise) null wp-login.php:1

  Okay so some progress – I’ve been able to get in VIA FTP – Any suggestions on where to go from here to disable the Captcha and be able to log in as normal? :)

  Solved! Found it under WP Content and Deleted the plug in and can now use the website as normal – Thank you
