unable to login

I change my password too many time within 2 days, but every time it shows that your password is wrong. Wp-admin is not working. Since I create my account, not only single time I can log in. What is the problem. Please Please help me. What happened with my account that it shows every time ‘Error: The password you entered for the email or username is incorrect. why?
