Unable to login due to Error- along with no admin access to site

    Hi, I recently updated plugins (after the admin site hadn’t been used for a long time) the updates seemed to have Locked me out of the account and give me the error of: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 62914560 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 131072 bytes) in /homepages/28/d436427505/htdocs/clickandbuilds/lifeandheritagewordpress/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/locales.php on line 640

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 62914560 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /homepages/28/d436427505/htdocs/clickandbuilds/lifeandheritagewordpress/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/vendor/automattic/jetpack-sync/src/class-functions.php on line 487

    (different line numbers come up each time)

    Please can you help me by enabling me to at least log into the admin side, and then assist with the error?
