Unable to Login form India

Hey there,
I have hired a Virtual Assistant (VA) company in India to help me maintain the website and work on it.
I have emailed them the login information including the username, the e-mail address, and the password. I am able to login using email address and password or username and password. The credentials works from US just fine. However, when my VA tries to login, he is unable to do so. Please help!
We have tried resetting/clearing cache and history in web browser .

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
