unable to login / invalid email

every time i try to login it gives me a message of “invalid email/username” or “no user registered with that email/username” but when i check my account information in the app it shows the correct email and username i’ve been trying to login with. i can not access the admin at all or log in anywhere besides the app that was already logged into.
