Unable to login or reset my password

  Hi,
  I can’t login to my website through the /wp-admin option as the password I had for the account doesn’t work and I am also unable to reset my password.
  Can someone please help.
  Also the web address http://www.atgardenspaces.wordpress.com is not in use so I’d like to delete this…
