Unable to login to account

  All of the users to our website suddenly cannot access the backend of our website anymore and our forms used to enroll participants in programs are no longer working, but we cannot go in to fix it!

  Any time we attempt to login, the page just refreshes with no error message. It also says the ‘the system cannot save the password reset key’ when we try to reset our password. No idea what is going on but this is an urgent issue.

  awee.org is a WordPress.org site hosted by Network Solutions rather than WordPress.com:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  If no-one with an account is able to login, it would be worth contacting your host so they can check for issues on their side. The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post for advice if your host doesn’t find anything wrong with the server:
