Unable to login to my Network Admin Dashboard

    Hi,
    So I tried to log in to my Network Admin Dashboard. But due to some issues, I am unable to reach my dashboard and when I try to log in each time it shows a message stating ‘ There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. ‘. So after that, I checked my inbox but I found no mail containing any instructions or guidance or telling me why this occurred.
    I request you to please look at this issue and contact me as soon as possible.
