Unable to login to update my site

I can’t login to my website http://www.playit.org.uk to update it.
I haven’t updated it for several years, and don’t know which email address and password is associated with it. At the login page, when I click ‘Lost password’ and enter the username ‘admin’ I get a message that an email has been sent, but I haven’t received any email. I’m not sure which email address it would have been, but I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t be an email address that is no longer functioning.
