Unable to Login to Website Admin Due to Expired Recaptcha

  I’ve been trying to login to my website’s admin page to edit my website but I can’t get past the recaptcha because it has expired. I’ve tried finding a way to update it but it appears to be out of my control. This is my business website so I need help ASAP.
