Unable to login to woocommerce account using wordpress account

  Hi, I am unable to log into a client’s woocommerce account using their WordPress login details. It says that the username and email address does not exist however but they have a live website using WordPress. Can anyone help, please?

  Hi,

  Are you sure they have shared their WordPress.com credentials with you? Note that these are different from WordPress.org or site admin and password.

  If they have issues remembering their WordPress.com credential, they can check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the account:
