Unable to login with lost authenticator

  I am unable to login to my wordpress account since I’ve reset my phone and lost the installed authenticator. My websites are simongros1990.com and simongros1990.blog and my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is also the wordpress username. Please help

  That’s when you must use on of the backup codes you received when you set up 2FA and you had to print out and/or save in a safe place.
