unable to make any changes to the website

  Hello, I have tried to edit page content and design through wordpress, update the theme, and change things through the dashboard of the blog directly, but nothing seems to be working. I’m pretty sure I have admin access, but I don’t understand why I don’t seem to be able to make any changes. Could the reason be because the theme of the blog is outdated?

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?
