  This is the message I am receiving after i wanted to use another card to make payment.

  Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.

  Please resolve this issue to enable us upgrade our blog

  I have the same situation! I have tried making purchase for my website, but the purchase is disabled without any specific reason. What does the reply mean? Shouldn’t wordpress help us resolve this problem?
