  I want to upgrade my site to premium, but i am unable to make payments. My transaction keeps getting declined. Help ASAP

  Hello there,

  I can’t see any hindrances on the WordPress.com account that would stop a purchase from being made.

  With the above in mind you would be best placed to contact the bank to make sure the card is functioning ok.
