Unable to open anything on my profile

    Hi there,
    I have a problem with my WordPress.com profile: I can properly login and see the basic interface, but I cannot see any contents on the reader. At first I see some grey blocks while it’s seemingly loading content, then everything become plain grey with no interface either.

    If I go to “My Sites” there is a persistent message “Loading my sites…”, but nothing happens.
    I tried on several devices with different browser, but nothing seems to help.

    Any idea on how to proceed?

    Hi Luca, have you tried logging out of WPcom, clearing your browser cache and cookies (which will also log you out of all other sites you are logged into) closing your browser and then opening and logging back in?

    Give that a try and let us know how it goes. If it doesn’t work for you, please post back here and let us know which of your sites this happens on and what web browser and OS you are using.
