Unable to open my site but able to posting

  Dear Support team,

  I have problem opening my site retnolestari.com. I bought this domain on wordpress last year, and was expired on September 2013. I did renewal on September 22. Everything was fine after updating. I could post few articles and people could read my blog. Then I had stop posting for a while until today when I start to write on my blog again.

  However, after login, writing, and posting, I couldn’t find my blog. It always redirects to this site
  http://www.website-unavailable.com/main?wc=FghnGQp8BXRABBBuAQEdEBIWURQE&url=retnolestari.com&w=996&h=639&ifc=0

  I tried to find the problem. And I found this:

  “Manage Domain Subscriptions
  Expiring Will stop functioning on September 22, 2014″

  and this

  “Status: Active, Manual Renewal
  This upgrade will expire in 11 months on September 22, 2014

  DNS needs to be updated | Cancel”

  I tried to update the DNS with
  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  but it failed

  Then I put
  MX 10 NS1.WORDPRESS.COM

  and it’s succeed

  But then, I found this when I tried to update:
  “We checked the nameservers and it looks like they’re not pointing to WordPress.com yet. If you recently updated them please check again soon. It can take a few hours for registrars to complete update their nameservers.”

  I don’t know what happen. Why I can write and post my article, but couldn’t open my site retnolestari.com.

  I tried to open it on another computer, and my phone, but it wasn’t there.

  Please help me to reactive my site.

  Hi Retno,

  It looks like there was a problem with your domain renewal, because you tried to renew it on the same day that it was set to expire. I am checking with our team now to see if we can get your domain back up and running. I’ll let you know as soon as I have more information about that!
