Unable to pay for Premium plan

I am trying to pay for Premium plan by Net Banking, each time I receive error message.
Access denied (403)

Hi there,
This does not sound like an error message we would generate on our end, and I see no evidence of any recent attempts to make a transaction. I am also not familiar with the company “Net Banking” or the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff). If we send any email it is from an @wordpress.com address.
What is the URL of the site you are trying to renew so we can look it up in our system? This is a payment gateway you are trying to set up in WooCommerce? or something else? Thanks for the additional info!
