Unable to properly edit due to large black blocks obscuring text

    Hi,
    I’ve got a couple of draft blogs on the go – one with text & photos and one with just text. The plain text draft I started today, after five paragraphs I noticed the bottom of the screen was black. When my text reached the black area it simply disappeared into it. I can just about see it but it’s very difficult to edit. The older draft has lots of pics in it. When I last looked at it the draft looked fine, but looking at it now it is dominated by the black and the text is now invisible. What should I do? I’m not particularly tech-minded so go easy on me :-) Many thanks, Jay

    First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

    If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

    If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
