Unable to purchase annual plan (Payment Issue)

  Dear, I am trying to purchase e-commerce hosting annual plan from wordpress.com. but at the time of payment it is showing error. I have tried with different debit cards and credit cards. I am getting different error messages every time. please help to proceed with payment and utilizing your services.

  The errors are be like:

  1. Your card has been declined.
  2. Your card number is incorrect.
  3. some other error message also I have received. but I forgot those messages.
