Unable to purchase domain

    I have a debit card (Titanium) (Master Card) my location is India and I am trying to purchase domain but I am getting an error “The transaction was declined. Please contact your card issuer as they may have blocked the transaction for anti-fraud purposes. Alternatively, try another card.”
    International transactions are ON on my debit card and also registered with “verify by visa”.
    I have attached screen shot of error.

    I’m not seeing that screenshot, but I believe you. Some countries are not approved because they have high spam rates; in that case, use bitcoin or a prepaid credit card from an approved country.
