Unable to reamove Jetpack linked site from account

  I need to remove 4-urealty.com from my linked blogs and not able to do so. I removed the site from my server as the company switched hosts, but forgot to unlink it. I noticed in another support post to post this and a staff member can remove it for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
