Unable to receive confirmation email for admin email change.

    Hey there,

    I have my website; http://www.winkslay.com and i wanted to change the email from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) so that i can receive emails for comment and post moderation and approval. Everytime i change the email, it says; There is a pending change of your email to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I do not receive any email where i can click and confirm and approve the change. Can you please help me with the same asap?

    Hi winkslay,

    winkslay.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by GoDaddy, rather than WordPres.com:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    The email address for your account on that site is stored on GoDaddy’s servers so I recommend contacting them for help. They should be able to confirm whether the confirmation emails are being sent successfully from their servers.

    We are only able to help with WordPress.com here sites but support for WordPress.org sites is available on these forums:
