  unable to receive mail form wordpress hosting.While i create any order i need to get a mail that your order is booked. this type i am not getting

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?

  It looks like this is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  For help sending emails from the site, you would need to reach out to the hosting provider (name.com) to see if they are able to configure that on their infrastructure.
